This app is a must have for prank calls and secure calls

The only problem with this app is that you cannot receive picture text msgs.. Help(FAQ) section says you can if the person sending the picture is not a rogers customer(in Canada) however this is not true.. my friends have telus and bell cellphones and tried sending me pictures I never received them.

So many people want life to be free, and want everything for nothing. No, voice calls are not free forever, but they can still be earned by watching videos, and such. Texting is 100% free, however ...and there is nothing wrong with that! So, Cheapos... Life has never been free, and it never will be. Unless youre talking about text messages with this app, that is. You truly just cant please certain people...

Really prefer this app over others Ive tried. They let you choose a phone number without having to pay or earn credits. You text and send photo messages as well. Really easy to use!!

Love it. Works perfectly on all 3 of my Apple devices: iPhone, iPod and iPad 2. Excellent for anyone with a hearing loss who needs to be in touch. The email notices have really helped me. Ive tried several texting apps and none come close in quality to Pinger. Thank you, app developer. Please keep the features you have in this updated version of TextFree.

I like the app, but it only works well when Im in wi-fi other then that is a great app.

This app gives you an actual phone number which makes it easy for your friends to message you and also allows you to receive free voip calls with voice mail but you have to pay to make calls. Texts are pretty fast and mms works with a limited number of providers. This app is add driven. Up until now the ads have not been overly intrusive with an add banner on the bottom and occasional full screen ad popping up. With the most recent update the app is barely usable as a full screen ad comes up with every message sent, yes literally every single message. Want to text hi? Get a full screen ad come up with a tiny little x to close and if you miss that tiny little x it opens your App Store etc. This is infuriating and I will no longer be using this app if this isnt corrected.

Wish you didnt have to be around wifi. Somehow. And it was still free.

Especially with the new upgrade I love this app and Ive been using it for years...I run strictly in wifi and its all Ive ever needed!!

Ive been using this app for years its a great app I highly recommend it is that love it made it five stars thank you text Ray I love being able to pick out my own phone number.

Its a good app I like it free texting it has its up and its downs but the only thing I dont like bout it is that u only get 10 minutes worth of calling tho it could have a little more calling time on it but other then that its a good app tho

I love this app the only problem I have with it is that it sometimes will cut off my music when I get a text and sometimes it doesnt notify me when I get a call or text. Other than that its actually a really great texting app.
