Free phone no, calls and texts. Use it as personal or home line if you cant afford regular phone. All you need is a wifi connection.

This is an awesome app, as you can get calls and make calls for free using the Internet connection. However you get 10 mins free for calling and then you have to pay, but the fees are not high too and also you can use Hangouts to make free calls.

Pretty good
Has a but of bugs, but the constant updates seem to improve them. Texting is great always works, random numbers always call me though and it sucks to only have 10 talking minutes.

Pinger is awsome! I use it daily and some times 24 hours a day seven days a week ! My only complaint is I need wifi too use it Well whaaaaaaa its free FREE AS IN FREE So I say ya right on pinger thanks for this great app 10 out of 10

Great app! Been using it as a private texter for family. Bugs are quickly fixed with updates and app never/crashes. Able to send pics now! A++++!!! Love this app and use it daily!
